Order Processing & Timelines

Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation.
Delivery Time: Standard delivery across India usually takes 4 to 7 business days, depending on your delivery location.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for selected pincodes (a nominal handling charge may apply at checkout).

Order Tracking Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking link with your AWB tracking number will be sent to your registered email and WhatsApp/SMS.

Damaged or Tampered Shipments If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it from the courier executive, or record an unboxing video and immediately notify our support team at support@themashroo.com.
